Website File/s (.php or .html) Request

Well I am designing a new layout for my website (it is WoW related in some way so...)

I was wondering if someone could make a good looking theme without having to spend too much work on it. The site is a guide site for WoW and other popular MMO's (even the gay ones ) and I plan on opening it as soon as I get a good PHP or HTML homepage and blog-like page.
