Play Ryze and Kassadin in Normal URF

Okay, heres how you do it:

Well...

All you need to do is to switch to another Server, so EuW ->EuNE, or EuW -> NA, NA -> Russia, etc.
Then you can play Kassa and Ryze in URF queue, dont ask me why

I dont understand. If I switch servers I cant login with my account. So I thought I needed to change to a different server and then change back but that doesnt work-kassadin still disabled. So how?
