I have windos xp32, mapswitcher for me dont work,have error.game version 29406/
This program open game for me ,but when i push start game ,nothing happens.
What to do?

old program with only tutorial for game version 29049 works fine.

Need more details man, are you using the latest build of Heroesconfig.exe ? and when you said "start game", did you mean Begin Match ?

a few eager questions out of curiosity though:

-why is something being downloaded after hitting "load game", and what? :0
-why does my browser launch ("on its own") from time to time after closing "heroes of the storm", showing this thread? :P

well it is because your HotS client is not fully downloaded, the actual size of the proper download is at 2.35GB or around there, I had one instances where I only downloaded 1.16GB of the HotS client and somehow my internet crash so Chrome stopped the download at 1.16GB, and running the HotS client results in that screen, so yeah

That's usual. You don't reach level 8, where all teh talents get unlocked. (I think it was level 8 )
Hopefully there will be a way to fix it.

well what level 8? this is not the online HotS client is it? and it doesn't have a profile at all

im having a problem. i played tutorial 1 and 2 with no problems. The 1st time i tried to start a normal map a message poped: "unable to load map". i restarded the Hots config did it all again and i worked..then i was going to try another map and the same problem happened. Now i can't get any map to load...any help?

Okay so when I run the program, and click either "Open Game" or "Begin Match", nothing happens.

Also, when I run the alpha that I downloaded, there is no option to play the tutorial on the F10/Tab+F10 menu.

Would really appreciate some help. Thanks guys.

if you have a 29360 or higher, you dont have the option of tutorial. you need to copy the HEROES CONFIG.EXE in the root folder of the game (where you have the folders: BNTData, Mods, Support and Versions). HEROES CONFIG.EXE open, click OPEN GAME, wait until the game opens, configure the map, champions and difficulty, then click on BEGIN MATCH. the game just started.
