That's usual. You don't reach level 8, where all teh talents get unlocked. (I think it was level 8 )
Hopefully there will be a way to fix it.

It is not like that anymore, u simply download all the files from this post and extract them in the HoTS root directory, then open HeroesConfig.exe and press load game, after that everything you need to do including starting a game is from HeroesConfig.exe (Do not login inside the game, that doesnt work or the f10 and tab thing doesnt work either)

I've uploaded a new version, it has no new game-related features, just improvements to the program itself. Redesigned interface to be more user friendly, Map/Name/Hero/Announcer choices are saved between runs, game version detection improved.

@AshleyM: The F10 method is for pre-Tech Alpha versions. You just press the Begin Match button now, as kankashi explained.
@twekinc: Virustotal is junk, use your own judgement. It's a program that hacks another program on your system, which is what virus' like to do.

Sounds like your game might be corrupt, haven't seen that dialog before... Does that happen every time you open the game? Try just opening StormSwitcher.exe in the /Support/ folder

That will only happen if you click on the "Check for updates here" link in the program. Might also happen if it has focus and you press enter
