Sniping by phone, lower risk of ban ?

I know the dangers of using automatic snipe, and even the manual, considering the use of bot. But my question is in relation to the full manual snipe, by phone, using a fake gps, such snipe has the same percentage of ban? or is lower due to the use correct API (taken from the fact that the fake GPS and we know the possibility ban with or without sniper).

It is worth the sacrifice of manual sniper on the phone? Or is equal to the sniper by the computer program?

Ban chance is way lower, since your using original software and device id doesnt change BUT i'd say don't do it they know about sniping and my guess is they are tracking it or trying to some how so it wont be long before they get you.
Is the account worth risking for a few snipes? start a new one get it past 25 and just test.

Sniped about 50 rares pokemons 3 days ago, in the same account in 2hrs.. No problem ultil today... lets prey lol

They are now giving pokemon catch location, so if you live in Australia and have tons of pokemon from US,Asia,Europe then it's not hard to tell that you are spoofing. But I'm not sure if this have happened or after PoGo updated

Guys, checked the 0.39 apk and it show the location catching of all the pokemons in your bag! O.O since the first game release!

Tbh. This feature was already on the first release, even with a map of the streets where this Pokemon was caught... I'm not worried, it's just funny to see Japan, USA, Australia and so on in his account lol.

I dont think Niantic will ban players based only on how many nations/continents they have caught pokemon in.
However having multiple pokemon caught on different continents within the same day is questionable and kinda funny lol
