I am worried of getting banned

i am usally playing pokemon go "legit", but since i started i used nox app player, loaded my account severel times and used gps spoofing tools like floater to teleport to some locations. i did't do much, was always in my hometown, just walked around in normal speed and catched rather ordinary pokemon or collected pokestops. never touched arenas or get soft banned.

but since the last update i cannot play with nox and i searched the reason for this. after all the information i've red about "niantic wants to stop all cheaters bla bla" i'am kinda worried that this violation of niantics tos can lead to a ban later on. There was a ban wave in mid august, but i guess i survived this somehow.

What do you think? should i prepare to create a new account?

ANY 3rd party app is against the TOS and poses a risk of getting you banned. Won't hurt to get another acct ready just in case.

Be smart wanna hack so badly just bot 30 accounts at once reach high level. dont ever hack on ur main if u are scared / dont hack

well, i hope this was not too obvious, but i guess nobody knows how niantic detects cheater anyway. guess i just stop risking my main account and hope for the best.

When i just start a legit account on the same device, is there a possibility, that it gets banned too?
i have already three account registered on this device. The other two aren't active but were still used for spoofing.
