I don't think the country matters. botting at any country will lead to a ban sooner or later.

If you do it for fun, then bot wherever, but as stated, you will get banned. Just bot for fun or getting lots of lures. Then use the bot account to place lures where your real account will play. Take advantage before they stop this ability.

im botting for 3 weeks now. just in my country. that's why im asking if its safe to bot outside. well thanks a lot

If you start teleporting from one country to another it will raise suspicion and will get you banned. If you stay smart and bot around the place you live without botting for long hours you should be fine. If you don't want to get banned don't do something that is not realistically possible of doing (For example: Jumping from Germany to South Africa and then 15 minutes later popping up in China.)

You're always at risk of getting banned. It's just that is not as likely for them to check whether you're legit or not if you spoof locally. You'll seem to them as a normal person but if you go on crazy routes, and spoof for 10 hours straight that will raise suspicion.
