Everyone around here saying they got banned for botting. Use patience when using bots. Don't just do a 100k an hour and think that niantic isn't looking at your account. I've been using emulators, spoofing, botting. But have been doing it slow and at a really slow pace for over a month. My account is lv 26. Never been soft banned. Also niantic will catch you jumping from one city to the next back to back. Act smart and act as if you were actually playing.

Do you think they will catch you or do you think id you play real slow we can get by them? What bot do you use?
