100IV starter

Does 100IV starter exist?
I caught something like 600 squirtle and my max is 80 IV. Same with charmander and bulbasaur

I doubt it. Haven't seen any proof of a 100IV starter.

u can get 100% starters only from hatching eggs.

the 2km eggs have chance to drop starters over 64% IV i think it was

in the wild u only find them with 0 attack IV, what makes a max of 64% or 69% IV when 0/15/15.

made me special acc for this who only walks 10km hour and result is so far 92% cp charmander and 89% IV bulbasaur and 85% IV squirtle.

Sorry for bumping an old thread, but I just caught a 100IV bulbasaur in the wild using pokemobbot. Coordinates were toyko disneyland. So surprised when this happened since I've never encountered a 100IV starter before.
