How come Ninatic not banning phone spoofers?

All of my freinds phone spoof and NON of them are perma banned. HOWEVER all my bots got banned. Why the fuk arent they banning phone spoofers??? Is there a trick that I don't know? I never spoofed on my phone ever and I want to know why they are not banned? Also it seems no one here is perma banned too for phone spoofing wtf?

One way to really know is to try spoofing with your friends too. Don't hate on your friends because you got banned and they didn't. Safe spoofing is a little difficult to detect than bots. They don't want to ban legit players by mistake.

the spoofer is still playing the game while a bot is doing it 100% for you
and ofcourse like someone else stated, they dont want to risk banning legit players, its likely harder to detect spoofers

Proof? ME. Used Nox. Spoofed within my state just in a different city. I would leave almost 12 hours between playing each time. Got green retry button after updating from 0.33.0 to 0.35.0. Rolled back to 0.33.0 got purple retry button. Went back to 0.35.0 got failed authentication.

CURRENT: Never botted (I actually played the game manually; WASD with Nox). Changed device settings in Nox (device details/etc). Edited build.prop. Used pogobag/etc maybe twice. Used scanner app before anti-cheat was turned on - stopped right after. Manually sniped using GPS coordinates before anti-cheat was turned on ONLY within the same city that I spoofed - stopped right after. Used PTC account creator (ONCE) to create accounts for scanning but never used them (IP might have been logged).

BEFORE: Teleported to NY once and got softbanned using Bluestacks. Never went back there again. Stayed local (i.e. down the street). Same state and city. Then stopped using Bluestacks and switched over the Nox (before anti-cheat was turned on).

TODAY: Just checked my username. Not available. Anti-cheat autoflagged me and now I'm being manually reviewed. Permaban will follow if I violated multiple criteria. That is how it works. I have (1) 100% Voltorb and the rest are Pokemon around 80%-90% all caught legit near Pokestops that were always lured. Maybe 1-2 Dragonites (shit IV; 35%). Nothing even remotely suggesting botting (i.e. 25 100% IV Pokemon and level 40). I'm below level 31. Over $100 spent buying incubators/lures/pokeballs/storage.
