is it safe to manually snipe with pokesniper?, just want a charizard...

I've sniped way long before the banwaves starting running out on a gmail acc that is level 10 now with, blastoise,venusaur,gyarados and other rares all under 800 cp , but is it safe to snipe at the moment with long delays?

nothing is safe when you cheat, think about it

charizard isn't even good

and they are a huge waste of pokeballs

but if you must have a charizard, here's how you do it:

capture a lot of charmander, check IV
keep the highest IV one, grind the rest for candies
evolve

Manual sniping should be relatively safe. Safer than most botting anyways.

@ the other posters. OP is lvl 10 with other pokemon at 800CP, obviously he isn't building a 100% IV Dream Team for maximum gym power.
