How to check your ban appeal status

Got two tickets open for 4 days (from 17 aug).. Still no terminated mail etc.. Still no solved, still no reply.. Great support service, got only one reply on login issues. But no solved status, all open..



After three replys, still no anwser and still open ticket.. Lost hope, made a new account, refunded my google money..

You sent in customer service tickets to why you cannot login, not a ban appeal.

I sent one of those too about a week ago and it is still "Open." But my ban appeal is already closed w/ no reply.

The ban appeal is automated, it runs a check on your account I believe to check if some things are too high over a set threshold.
The only way to get around a ban is to not get caught xD

f.ck nantic. they dont reads our messages i send from my 3 banned accounts ban appeal , and just when i click 'subbmit' my message automaticaly have status solved

Yep, we've known this from the start. They really have terrible customer service. Someone should Tweet john or nianticops and ask them why they have such shitty customer service xD
