Has anyone got unbanned from "Failed to receive data from server" yet?

I got this error after trying to login 15 minutes after a 2-3 hour botting streak, tried again after 20 minutes and it was gone. Account is still functional.

Also, why the heck do some of you people complain about needing your account back or losing a high level account? If you bot you practically always agree to the risk of that happening. If you really cared you wouldn't bot, just make a new acc and shut up...

well heres a little info to make you abit happier mate haha, i got this error message for 7 days straight, i tried to log in this morning and i was able to, i actually thaught i was perma banned, but obviously not, i was botting like a crazy man on roids, sniping, 500kmh in walking speed, and somehow im still able to play, so no more botting for me on that account, although wasnt my main, but still lvl 36 with alot of pokemons and a shit load of stardust, so hopefully you are able to log back in, in a couple of days.

guys, i just level 30+ and i already permanen banned like you. SO WHAT IS YOUR LEVEL WHEN YOU BANNED? may there are relation between level 30+ and perma banned...? actually there is nothing to do when already perma banned. so the best choise is make new account and STOP Botting before level 30??? OR there is a person who get perma banned in level 20+????? please answer. this is can be a good advice before try to make other account during waiting a little luck so that Niantic want to unbanne perma????

I got lv32 main account and lv29 side account both were perma banned. yes lv20+ account. my side account was failed to receive game data straightway.

So i think i am banned? i can log into the game and all that but if i hit a pokestop it just says try again later. and all pokemon run after 1 ball. any ideas?

Hi, Niantic was flagged your account. You can't do anything but just wait for more than 15 hours. However, Niantic will continue to surveillance your flagged account. My suggestion is let your account offline for a week at least. Then create another new account to bot. This is my best suggestion. I was experienced it from my main account from the "try again later" pokestop softban. After I wake up at the next morning, my account was lifted from softban. I can use the pokestop, catch pokemon and fight gym as usual. However, after around 1.55amm my main account was suddenly receive a network failure. I was tried to restart the game but, uh oh! It is "Failed to receive game data from server". Meaning, my account was perma banned.

Finally!!! About 36h after i got the "Failed to get data from server" error on my three highest accounts (lvl38, 36 and 35) i was able to connect today again. I already thought i lost all my IV100 Dragonites

I love how people are claiming on botting forum that they played without bots LOL.

Anyway, I lost my lvl 30 account (Failed to receive data from server) but my snipped and botted 32 and 33 is still fine.

So far it's been around 24 hours for both my lvl 35 and lvl 36 accounts still suffering from the "Failed to get data from server" error.
Haven't been botting once the flee-ban error popped up.

Weird thing is if you take rest in between bots, even with snipping and general botting won't get you any form of soft/hard ban. Been going at it for a whole day with random intervals of pauses.

Did any of those accounts were bot accounts? Guessing with 100% IVs, should have right?
