Pokemon GO Ban.

Hey guys,


I'm wondering if anyone has the same issue. I was soft banned, i did the 40 times spinning on the pokestop and it works. but the only problem left is the Pokemon escaping.
Even though i'm able to spin pokestops, Pokemon still escape 100%. what should i do?
