Accidentally moved to another country

Hello,
I accidentally moved my account to SYDNEY, and I live in another country. Now it's been a while since I left my account on SYDNEY (about an hour, maybe more) and I still can't catch any Pokémon nor loot PokéStops. I was told that if I accidentally moved to another country, I should wait about 30 minutes and my account will be functional in that region I moved to. But I cant. So, any idea what could be causing this?

it's a softban. You can remove it by spinning a pokestop 40 times manually, or use QuickSpin http://www.ownedcore.com/forums/poke...d-account.html (QuickSpin - PokemonGo Softban Unbanner - Quickly unbans your softbanned account)

Accidentally moved to another country

Happened to me once I was under heavy drug use at the time woke up in China all my stuff there just stay calm find someone that speaks your language and grab a plane ticket back to the country you lived in/ want to live in.
