I have just changed TeleportInsteadOfWalking to false and right now it is ok, I think that might be the reason for IP ban.
edit: nah, it didnt work, i am IP banned again.

turn off your computer about 45 minutes...
Haxton is really Crap since todays morning. If you get IP banned, you have to stop the bot, activate pokemon go without WLAN on your cell phone, Unban yourself by manual clicking and switching Pokestops for 40 times, afterwards you can activate your wlan on your cell phone, then you can use fake gps for example via bluestacks where you want to farm, check if Pokestops are still on map, deactive location services on your mobile device, unban manual again in Bluestacks by doing the same procedure as before until you get items again. Then you can close Bluestacks and choose a Bot like Pokemon Go Rocket API to your set location in Bluestacks via Fake GPS and its working - not as fast as Haxton but stable. Haxton would only work for a few minutes or max. 1/2 an hour and then you will get the same problem: Updating Inventory loop and by closing the bot and checking out to restart or to use another bot there will be again the IP ban and no pokestops. Haxton seems to be too much game activity in the moment. So I hope you guys will find an useful solution to get this Bot back to work without crashing problems and IP bans.
P.S. Niantic **** You! damn stupid updates
