Pokestops are white?

Hi,

I just updated my Pokemon GO cause it asked me to, but when I open the game now, all the pokestops dont show a picture and it's just white, I also don't receive any items and pokemon are running away after the first throw, does this mean I have an IP ban? And are they permanent and unbanable?

Sure signs of a Softban.

You can unban with Quickspin, or manually spinning a pokestop 40 times.
