Google 2 Factor Login

So I've tried multiple emails and still get the same error on the program that Google 2 Factor login is enabled yet on my Google accounts they aren't. Forgive me, I searched pages upon pages of replies and couldn't find a direct answer.

Maybe you're ipbanned and this is the error you get.. try changing your ip.
