Log on my friend phone with my botted account

Hello guys, is it possibile to be banned if i log with my botted account on a friend's smathphone ?

No one is sure, it would be irrational to think that would be the case, but its possible, so best not to if you're bothered.

Ah ok, I have this doubt because I read something by niantic who said it is allowed only one account per person, but maybe it was fake

One account per person thing might be in TOS but it's certainly not a priority. The huge number of people who created (albeit temporarily) google accounts, when PTC logins were locked out, makes it really unlikely they'll put effort into going after that.

Their priorities are rolling out the game to new countries, handling 3rd party induced server load, and beta testing the new Nearby-via-pokestop feature in SF.
Don't think they'll care too much about multi-accounting any day soon. Even in Ingress, a mass ban for bots didn't include any detection for 'legit' gameplay multi-account players.
I think they figure a dedicated legit player with two accounts is more avenues for profit, whilst bots have a negative impact on the bottom line.

As for being banned, it might actually be your friend's account that gets banned if your bot login associates his legit account / phone with you.

I'm deliberately holding off using my spoof account on my legit-play phone until the first banwave.
