Program to manually control pokelist?

Is there an available program that I can manually control my pokelist, such as filter by IV or CP, select a few and transfer them, upgrade or evolve them?
I know you can set this on some bots, however by changing some constraints on my setup, it will transfer others that I don't want to transfer.

try to use 2 bots. 1 for the best xp u get, 1 for filtering your pokemon. i use necro for filtering some pokemon
