Pokemon not appearing problem

So i have xposed installed and spoofed my location properly, I see pokestops and can collect stuff from them but the problem is that Pokemon dont appear on map unless i start walking, like poekstops with lures on them, when i stand there pokemon dont spawn and even if i have incense it still doesnt work. please help me fix this

Maybe they aren't spawning at all? are you sure its a problem?

Yes they do spawn when i walk for a little time, but when i have an incense or stay at a pokestop with a lure on it. then i dont see any spawning

This is weird. I am not sure what could cause it, sorry...
