Pokemon inventory and management

Hi I would like to know if there is a way to view my pokemon and be able to manage them (evolve, power up, transfer) without having to log into the app.

Reason: I have a few ptc generated account which I've botted for a few days and would like to leave the customization to the buyer.

Ah true, well that's still up to my friend. I also have a buyer on a classified forum and he wants the account as maxed out as possible so I'm still looking for some type of GUI interface, I've tried "PokeIV" but it's really buggy.

Some bots do have the automaticallypowerup function which is probably your best bet
