this is so bad.. leveling is very slow now
before i got lvl1-20 in 55-60 minutes

I have read somewhere that Niantic has limited the servers to proccess like 3 requests /second, it used to be more. That might be the reason. Some reddit user who reached lvl 40 posted that info.

The requests/sec throttling was made a couple of days ago. There has definitely been some other change since the last patch that has had an impact on experience rate, most likely to do with spawn points and rates which was changed. I am getting a lot less catches/hour than I did prior to the patch.
