Right click on the project solution, go to properties. Change the startup to the console.

At the top of "Solution Explorer" (The right side bar)

Right click on "Solution 'Pokemon Go Rocket API' (3 Projects) and click on properties.

Under "Single startup project" click on the drop down and select "PokemonGo.RocketAPI.Console" and then click apply then ok.

Now press CTRL + F5
