Bot for post rare coords into discord

I am wondering if there is a discord script / bot floating around that'll pull the coords of rare pokemon from pokevision and then send them into a discord channel of my choosing.

I am setting up a Pokemon Go Discord and I would love to have a feature like this, because there is no point in starting a sniping server if i do not have a bot that will post coords. I've seen it in a few discords servers and i'd like to use it in mine.
