Pretty foolish to think, that you won't get banned, even thugh all of us are botting almost 24/7. Look up Ingress Ban in google and then look up who made the "Ingress" and then come to your conclusion.

I dont think they will get everyone from us - if they do respect for them, if not then there are still ways to make a new bot/find other ways to cheat or copy those who didnt get banned

If my toon gets banned, then it doesnt stop me to look for a new/or another method with a new account
