Account based IV calculator?

I unfortunately have not found a tonne of information about IV aside from the indivudual manual input tool, I haven't been able to find if there is a tool which can pull an entire accounts worth of pokemon and find if they're close to perfect IV.

As this is just pulling account information and not actually doing anything within the game, would this be bannable to use if such a tool does/did exist?
