Once you enter the Google verification code(XXXX-YYYY) in the browser after loading up the bot. The bot itself will give you the google refresh token in the command line window.
I would suggest using PTC account for botting purposes.

Is this with every bot ? Ive heard that some of them dont do this. Could you also tell me what bot you recommend, real thx for helping btw .

I have been using Maclones compiled bot. You can find it here (Maclone's Community Versions - Compiled, ready to go PokemonGo bots). The one he has listed in the bold is the latest revision.
