Not banned after a month?

One of my many accounts I made a few ago. Spoofed like crazy, ran TuringBot like crazy on 20-30 KM walking speed for days a time, auto sniped and manual sniped a bunch as well. Has there been a ban wave since 19th of August? I've kinda lost interest in the cheating scene but my account still isn't banned. Some pics attached. Just lucky you think?

No it's just they not sent the banwave yet, they're certainly working on the trade system and the hype is gone so we're not very much still botting.

Is there a link between spend money and risk of ban? I am lvl 32, pokedex completed, and i don't want to go in town anymore since my dex is completed. Juste want to find some good pokemon like a good machomp. So I am searching a solution, I already used Nox, but apparently it is risky.

We can't be sure that we'll be banned but it will be probably the case. Depends of the Niantic politic.
Since the hype is gone there is no more many players on this game.

Comon that's bullshit, there is no way to avoid ban if you cheated on this game, we're just waiting for the next banwave that's all folks.

If I want hunt in an other town with Nox, at more 200 km from where i am, use a vpn is recommanded? Or is it useless?
