High Level Account With a Porygon for $20 or less?

High folks, my son and I have been playing for a while, sometimes using bots to help us out with pokeballs and stardust. We've got our accounts up close to level 30...but my son REALLY wants a Porygon for some reason unknown to me. He's willing to use his own money, so I told him I would try to help him out. I spent $12.50 from a post on here and got a NICE level 31 account, but it didn't have a Porygon...so he's still not happy (but the account was legit and the transaction was awesome!). So I'm looking to buy an account for him that's high level, that does have a Porygon.

Please reply or PM me with offers. He only has $20, so not even sure if it's possible but if anyone is willing to do it, my 9 year old son would be very appreciative.
