i used bot programs( necrobot, pokesniper.bat) in this summer so much. But in these days i can't find any usable program. I'm using Pokeninja now. But it is hard to level up and too slow

Fast leveling as known from earlier Pogo times are past. You will get softbanned if you catch too many pokemon or loot too many pokestops per hour. High 5 digit xp/hr are not realistic anymore, right now if you don't want to lose the account straight again, you get 5-10k xp/hr.

I can recommend Pokefarmer, by far the best Pokemon Go bot available right now. It is the only bot running with latest API.

Pokefarmer doesn't have gym support however they have another bot that will soon have gym support: Lazymon - Pokemon Go Farm Robot

i would recommend gomanager.50kxp/h can be done without any problems.
its not using the newest api so use a new account. the ban chance is high
