It seems niantic finally caught on. They are trying to trick us into evolving our God tier pokemon Magikarp to the trash that is Gyrados. They think that nerfing Magikarp would hurt him in anyway? They are wrong. Even with the new stats Magikarp is way better than Gyrados. This balance change, changed nothing.

If Chansey get 117.61% buff, hypothetically speaking, if current max cp for Chansey is 1000, in the future its cp will be 2176?
