Guide Update Wanted for Best Emulator

What is currently the best phone emulator (perhaps NOX?) after the banwave?
Is there a guide or a tutorial for the emulator that you recommend?

I'm avoiding all emulators for now, if they're not using the official client the API is different, flagging the account.

I haven't tried installing the official Pokemon Go APK on Nox, I'd recommend trying that then changing all of the Nox default device info to match your phone.

After the first banwave, I started spoofing on my phone using Xposed & so far no bans, seems like the safest way atm!

I might try installing the official APK on nox later & changing the device info for a test, see if the account gets banned :P

    dont use NOX period!

open your nox go to browser type , How to find and check my IP address

see why nox is very risky emulator

i suggest using leapdroid or memu

their emulate the device hardware info too

and use official apk 0.33 for now

Not true Zen. You can change those settings in Nox and you can edit build.prop to match your phone. However that doesn't make a difference. Niantic can detect spoofing now based on altitude (just a guess). I can't confirm that right now.

I was told that Nox doesn't even have a device ID (stock settings) however you can edit that pretty easily. What is the difference between leapdroid/memu (stock) versus modified Nox? Same thing and they still flag/ban accounts. Emulation is not safe period.

Actually pokemongodev recently discovered that altitude field in Unknow6 request was not altitude and was in fact GPS accuracy. So that is good news for now. However we still dont know all the fields. They could still be getting altitude information alongside others that would help them detecting non official API requests.

I agree with you that no emulator, gps spoofer is safe at the moment.

Nox is kinda laggy and crashes a lot in places with a lot of lures. I recommend leapdroid. I heard it runs pretty smooth. Use it at your own risk. Honestly IMO, it doesn't really matter to me if the emulator I am using is detected by Niantic or not. I am still going to use it.
