Sniper with iv and/or moveset?

Hello, since all cheats are risky, i am looking for a sniper that give iv and movesets for spoof only good pokemon? Does it exist plz?

What are you talking about? One only knows IV if the bots scanning it engage the Pokemon to get the IV which most don't.
The discord channels don't have many IVs listed and the sites don't either. Nothing to do with the sniper.
