Are all bots using the same API?

So my understanding is that Pokemon go can detect botters just because of the fake API that we use, what is the best one out there? Or is every bot program using the same one?

No, some bots use differents API but they're all flagged by Niantic because it's not acting like the PoGO one, that's why all bot are detected and banned all the time.

Thanks man, I dont know about programming and I didn't know if there was a difference on what bot I used so that's why I asked and this was the only answer I was looking for.
