PokeNinja shows acc lvl 19 w/ pokemon, log in on phone shows level 2/no pokemon?

Hey guys, I was using Pokeninja for a bit and got my account to level 19 with a decent amount of pokemon. The account isn't banned, I am able to login and play. But when I log in on my phone, I log in fine, but it shows me as level 2 with only 2 pokemon.

I created the accounts online on my pc, and started botting before I opened it on my phone and did the beginning tutorial. I thought this was ok? Is this why it's not working?
Also, how does Pokeninja look up my info and get the correct data and the phone not?

Any solution or reason this is happening?

Two things, you could either be logging on to the wrong account, or you could be logging on while the bot is playing.

Neither. I am 100% sure it's the same account and I was not botting at the same time. Hell, I haven't botted in 3 days. I even logged out/in on multiple accounts, turned gps on/off.
I'm just not sure. Does Pokemon Go keep a data file with that information on your phone? I wouldn't think so as that would be easy to hack.

I've never used pokeNinja, try logging into one of those Pokevision like sites and see what that says.

Ok so every time you create a account i figured out that it actually creates 2 accounts(if u sign up with a google account), one you can log into through filling out the details in ptc and you can also login to the google side using the email you used to create the account. The problem is that on your computer the account probably logged into the google side(or the ptc side) of the account while on your phone your logging into the ptc side(or the google side).
