You're IP Banned. Switch IPs using VPN, run the bot for 5-10mins. Disconnect from VPN. Restart bot if it doesn't automatically. Viola


Alternate method: Stay off the bot for 20 mins.

You've been soft-banned (IP ban). Give it a couple hours and retry with safer settings.
