About 3 days ago, my level 33 account was perma-banned (failed to get data from server). I could care less about this game but I am suprised I actually got unbanned I was using necrobot. I'm posting this because I don't really care if I get banned again, I can bot an account to 30 in a few days

So I submit a ban appeal, never expected it to work. Below is what I wrote to Niantic.

"I believe I was banned by mistake, it gives me an error when I login. I'm a normal player, however I play a lot, and spend most of my days at lures 20 minutes from my house when I'm not busy. I recently traveled to San Francisco to visit my older brother, and we spent 3 days at Pier 39 catching pokemon. I just got home today, and I think I am banned. Possibly because I went on while taking off on an airplane? I'm not sure but please fix my account.

stop lying, I have few real life friends used bot as well and got banned, submitted ban appeals but never response. YOU JUST USE THEIR AUTO REPLY MAIL TO SCREENSHOT AND EDIT BY PS. MADE IT BLANK AND RETYPED WHATEVER YOU PLEASED.

Anyway... If you appeal now the case is instantly closed / solved...
So Ban appeals are worthless for most of us (and legit players).
Most efficient way seems to ask for money refund - or lawyers (I'm currently considering doing so, bc of the money - it's a question of principles, in case of my legit but banned account)

/e: they seem to recieve 5-10k requests per hour for now...
