transfer pokemon manually

a week ago i found a bot/tool and now can't find it
in the bot you logged in and in a window appeared all pokemons with their IV'x and CP and you could transfer them or evolve them manually.
any help? can't find it :/

Hi mate,

There is Haxton bot that use to do that but now doesn't work,
Mob Bot v2 is the basic layout like Haxton last time I check that Mob Bot v2 still works
Or try this bot.
