Need help/pvt bot

Ok PLEASE READ BEFORE DOWNLOADING OR POSTING..

So i paid this dude for a private hack, 25$.. they have no website (yet) and hes just i guess support and not the dev..
I went to download it and it windows defender and virus scanners told me its a virus/malware.. So i refused to download it and ask him whats up
with that.. He told me this in exact works
"Our new bot that bypasses the new ban system is currently using a Necrobot modified version + our ban bypass (with auto update included). We are working on a real bot like our first one but we decided to release this in the meantime so our users have something safe to use at the moment instead of leaving them without anything."

Someone that can verify as a dev tell me this is safe to use or this guy is all bull shit..

You paid someone who broke GPLv3 and charged money for Nonm's work.. There were a few versions with false positives, and yet you paid for something thats readily available and free. Then gave it everyone else to see if they trust it.. (╯°□°）╯︵ ┻━┻
