New type of ban?

have a new kind of softban that even I doing unban 45x in pokestop not work, it is sending message try again later and the bot says that I got 0 xp with that pokestop..

It means you are IP-Banned, just unplug your router for a few minutes or use a vpn/proxy. Also, dont run to many bots at the sime time, thats an EZ ipban

My other accounts are normal, only this acting this way, i use payd VPN and problens stil
