How to get refund from Google PlayStore?

Guys! My account got banned after I just spent $50 on lucky eggs. I think I still have at least 30 lucky eggs which haven't been used. I want to ask for refund on Google PlayStore but when I reported the problem to google, google representative said I won't get any refund. I used my credit card so I wonder can I ask my credit card company to help me out? Any thoughts?

Firstly, you should posted in the chat instead of this section of the forums, this section is strictly for Bot Releases and information

Secondly, I doubt you can get a refund, you can try with your credit card company but still, you payed for a virtual item just because you didnt use them all, doesnt mean you get to refund..

You can't get a refund because you were banned for botting. Also calling your credit card company won't do anything, you knew the risk you were taking. It's not like someone took your credit card and used it without your permission. Sad to say but it's gone.

You accepted the terms of agreement when you played the game. If you used any third party software, you WILL be ban, regardless of how much money you spent on the account or what is left of it.

guys i dont think he was looking for a lecture on the rules. hes asking if theres a work around to get his money back.

just like we are looking for work arounds to bot.

sorry OP, wish i had an answer for you. best chance would be to say to your credit card company that you didnt authorize the transaction and play dumb, but if it was through google play store then google my ban your account, if the chargeback goes through them.

Google Playstore doesn't do refunds unless YOU didn't buy it, if you didn't receive what you bought, or you regret buying it (this is really rare). If the representative said you won't get a refund then you won't.

Niantic TOS states they are not obligated to refund you if you break them.

since there is no officall niantic statement that login issue really is perma ban and that you broke their TOS, you can try to ask google for refound.
I got refound from multiple games on android ( mostly kabam games) when they done some bad update or fuc*ed game totally.

just search on google play refounds and you will find links, and send email.

play dumb, say you cant enter game few days, etc..

because i dont' got any message about Ban,Bot,Cheat etc.........in the game

the apps just show "fail to get game data from the server"
