How to transfer Pokemon below 1000 cp on Pidgey bot?

Says i have 200/250 left and it wont transfer pokemon below 1000 cp??

This is what script says:

KeepMinDuplicatePokemon=1

You need to change KeepMinDuplicatePokemon=1 to 0.
Go add the pokemon you want to keep into PokemonNotToTransfer.
