Just restart your modem/router to change new IP. I don't know about how are the broadband works in your country but in Malaysia here our IP will change after we restart our modem/router. Both ADSL and fiber optics will change to new IP address after you restart both of the GPON FTTH and router. I personally don't suggest to use VPN since my second account was perma-banned due to bot with VPN.
