You have a ban going on your account, therefore all pokemon flee.

There is no none solution. Just wait and hope for the best, or worst, depending on your style

Great news, i've noticed other players got unbanned too, but it seems like the ban time varies. It has been 16 hours for me, hope to get unbanned soon.
