I use necro, 50km/h, small delays for poke and I have only 50k/h in Tokyo Disneyland.
I think it might be so low because I don't have so many candies to evolve anymore. I'm lvl 29. I saw that I had arround 100k/h while I was 1-25 lvl.

with hexton bot and set the lat and long
set with my lat and long setting

but hes doing 400k only with eggs ..
im without eggs can do around 200-350k per hour .. right now im looking for more candies so non of my pokemons on evolve catagory .
but when you put alot of pokemons in evolve you can get alot of exp specially with lucky eggs that double the exp
