Cannot login via Google account? Is my device banned?

I have recently stuck at this notification. "Our servers are humble by your incredible response. we are working to resolve the issue. Please try again soon!" when i login by my phone.
But it's ok if i login by a PTC account. And if i log out of my PTC then try to login by google again, It works???
I've asked my friends to login my google account on their phones. and what??? It run smoothly through the loading screen and get into the game!
I wonder if my device i banned or sth else???

Probably overloaded servers, like the message you receive suggested. Google & PTC use different logins. It's quite common that one login works, while the other doesn't. Just give it some time. It should sort itself out.
It's possible, the servers aren't completely down, so some logins work, (your friends), while yours doesn't.

All of my friends can login by their google accounts except me?
