Sniping buggy since update?

Has sniping been buggy since the last update? Mine is catching normal Pokemon even with the snipe filter only set as true. It also keeps not finding Pokemon?

I was using pokensiper 2 a few minutes ago.

then
Pokezz set true and Verified
then i change delay
Actions delay increase
Catch delay decrease
