What Bot Manager is this?

Anyone seen this bot manager before? I am looking for any decent bot manager with proxy support, getting sick of having 100 folders editing externally with notepad++.

Although i dont think it has proxy support and also he has discontinued the project for now to work on his own bot. I still have his old manager though if in case you want it, just let me know.

It is his manager for sure. Go into his discord and donate for a private still functioning version.
