Best way to farm stardust?

Hey guys,
Im lvl 30 right now and think that my lvl isnt that important, so I want to concentrate on power ups of 100% pokemon.
Problem is you need like 250k - 300k to get one at max level of cp.

Right now I have like 750k stardust. So only 3 pokemon can be maxed out.

Whats the best way to farm stardust? Haxton gets me ip banned almost instantly. So thats not working well.

im using Haxton-SytharixEdit v2.14 and farmed about 2mil stardust in about 2 days its one of the best bots to farm stardust with its all about pokemon per hour man and im getting around 700p\h

but thats like only 10k Stardust per hour o.o
